  Booked an appointment and was honest when asked if I had cold. I was turned away because I didn’t have a PCR test. I did a RAHTS test which was negative. Turned away because of their policy which is not published anywhere when you are making a booking! If you are turning people away make it evident on your app that is your policy!

  The doctor I go to is amazing and I highly recommend him. The call centre and the receptionists are a totally different matter. On multiple occasions, I have called up and been on hold for over 20 minutes, once was 45 minutes and I hung up. They really need more staff for such a busy practice. Most of the receptionists that are there act like they don’t want to be there. They can be so disinterested, it borders on being rude. If my doctor wasn’t so good, I wouldn’t go to this medical practice.

  Good doctors. Been going here for years. Dr Ilona and Dr Jason have been my doctors for years. I just wish the phone line wasn’t so busy. I can never get in with any questions I have about vaccines/getting scripts

  I came this evening March 25th as my son injured his toe to the wall of the swimming pool deeply and he was bleeding, I took him to the medical centre to ask the nurse to put some antiseptic/Betadine on the wound and give me couple of clean dressing to put on. When I arrived the secretary / receptionist who was behind the desk said they don't have a nurse , she asked me to see the wound how bad it is, I showed it to her and she replied very rudely, "this is ok it is just wasting the time of the doctor!"( Considering there was no patient inside the medical centre)!!!!!
  I didn't argue with her as I thought she's not wise to spend my time arguing with her just I missed to tell her "where is the duty of care"? She is not in a position to assess the job , not everyone needs to come to the medical centre for major issues sometimes small issues can prevent of any big major issues.

  Docs are good but reception staff is pretty rude… they need to be trained in customer service
