  The castlehill branch moved location 3 times in 2 years and keep getting sent to different locations.
  Also the customer service none existence anymore, not that they care about these reviews!

  I needed to deposit a Westpac cheque to my cba account and they gave me wrong info by sending me to another Westpac branch. I particularly asked them whether the cheque had to go to a Westpac branch and they said yes. I went to Westpac and they said you should take it to whichever bank you have an account with and doesn't have to be Westpac.

  I had a terrbile experience with a staff member at this branch. I asked for copies of my account statements which were closed last year, the bank staff spent a long time helping me but then informed me the bank wouldn't allow me to perform this action.
  She asked me if I would like to make a complaint to solve the matter, I said yes as I needed the copies. The complaint was not against her personally rather against the bank, but she suddenly become angry, very evident by her facial expression and constant irritated muttering . I feel very bad. I strong asking you to review the video about me being service . This branch is in much need of customer service training, when against large banks like Commbank, there is a stark difference in customer service and the training staff are provided.

  Do not apply with Westpac unless you want to lose your house/deposit!!! We had an awful experience applying with Westpac via a broker. We ended up losing the property and our deposit because of their delays! We escalated the application several times to no avail and had to keep extending the cooling off period until the vendor had enough and we had no choice but to pull out. We should have listened to early advice not to go with them but were enticed by a low interest rate. We went to the branch and called multiple times and kept being told there was nothing they could do.
